On June 30, 2023, we put my house on the market in NJ. I moved from NJ to California on July 31, 2023. Susie was a one-woman band when it came to selling my home. I spoke to her either at 7 AM or 7 PM due to the 3-hour time difference. She never made me feel like I was imposing. She ALWAYS answered the phone and spoke to me the person, not me the seller.

Susie has an incredible work ethic and is always steadfastly focused. I wouldn't want to compete against her. I certainly think Susie being put in my life was a wink from God. I couldn't have sold this house AND be in California at my new job if it wasn't for Susie.

We came to Susie over 2 years ago and at that time we weren’t in a position and didn’t even qualify to buy a home. She went through everything with us in detail and the very first time she met us on a Sunday and we spent several hours with her as she explained the entire process to us.
